Thanks for letting us know, @bwomack-redvolut.
Let me help get this sorted out so you can back to your business right away.
We have a few requirements to be able to add logos to your invoices. Your logo must be 3MB or smaller, and the file type must be a JPEG or PNG file.
Also, let's make sure to only use one logo at a time. This way, you'll be able to successfully upload the image.
If you're still getting a similar result, open your account in a private window. Once the image is fixed, clear the cache in your regular browser. For further details, please check out this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks.

This did not help. It appears there may an issue with the width of the logo - and it stretches out depending on a pdf or email of the invoice.
Thanks for bringing this one to our attention, bwomack-redvolut.
I appreciate you for performing the steps provided by my colleague to get this sorted out. It's easy to add a logo, but there are some things you should consider when getting ready to make this change. The best image quality in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is no larger than 10MB in file size. We can upload JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF file types to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
We recommend that your logo should be sized 184x80 pixels, 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth), and use the standard RGB color space. You also should keep the background of your logo white and don't apply any framing to the logo. This way, it will lay flat on your QBSE invoices.
If the problem persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support via the Assistant menu. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with uploading your logo. Here's how:
