I have a vendor that I need to create an invoice for as a customer how do I create the customer? I'm getting an error that states the name already exists
When you already have them set up as a vendor or customer, you have to change the name just enough, to add them as the other. Say for instance, you have John Smith as a vendor and you want to make him a customer as well. You would have to put John Smith* , *John Smith or John Smith1.
@Just_me This is a very simple question and its another comic limit in QB. I have same problem. I have merchandise shop, it means some of my customers can be my vendor as well, but quick books doesn´t allow me to keep their account. even in a basic simple excel file you are able to keep this account, but in quickbooks you will face to so many many unreasonable limits.
