Hi there, gmnacozy,
Right now, you're unable to merge two QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) accounts.
You'll want to download your QBSE data, then import them to the other account. The following steps outlined below will guide you through the steps:
- In QuickBooks Self-Employed, select the Transactions menu.
- Filter the Type, Account, and Date.
- Select the download icon to the right for the CSV file.
- Save it on your computer that's easy to find.
Once done, you can bring them your .CSV file to QuickBooks. Here's how:
- Go to the Settings ⚙ icon, and then select Imports.
- Select Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
- Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
- Select Import.
Check out the Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed to import entries to another account.
