How can I remove the pricing on a work order? I am running QBO

You have the option to hide the pricing (amount) on your work order. The customer can only see the balance due, subtotal, and tax amount when printing the form.

To do so, you'll want to modify the work order template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm glad to show you how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Custom Form Styles.
2. Select the template, then click Edit under Action.
3. Click the Content tab, then select Table, then uncheck the Amount box.
   
4. You can also hide other content whenever you want.
5. Click Done to save the changes.

After that, you can open the invoice. Then, print and preview to see the changes. 

Now, you're ready to send the work order to your customer. You can also email or print multiple sales forms anytime you want.
