Hello there, upholsterysurgeons.
You can utilize the Audit Log report to view the statement you've created or sent in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
It'll present all the transactions you made depending on the filtered date. Moving forward, you may want to turn on the Email me a copy feature in the settings. It helps you send a copy of the email that you've sent to your customer. Here's how:
I'd be glad to assist you anytime. Please let me know by commenting below if you need other help with QuickBooks. Take care and have a good one.

Hi upholsterysurgeons,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about finding the statement you've sent to your customer earlier. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Thanks, that worked.
I have had it send me copies of statements in the past, but when I did this I also got copies of ALL the invoices we send as well. I really struggle with keeping my email inbox cleared so I don't miss important emails, so getting copies does not help.
I was really hoping it would be as easy to see that it was sent as it is for invoices. I don't think that adding a status column would be hard at all, and I find it hard to believe that it hasn't been a complaint before.
When I sent statements a notice popped up and said 87 of 98 statements were sent. I can't figure out how to see which statements DID NOT go. Is there a way to find that out?
Hello there, @Beth G.
I'll gladly share some insights about finding out which statements you didn't send successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you can manage your transactions.
For the time being, the option to see which of your customer statements didn't go through or send is unavailable in QBO. However, you can activate the Email me a copy feature to receive a copy of the transactions you've emailed to your customers. Here's how:
On the other hand, you can also use the Audit Log to display the list of generated statements with the sent status.
You may also want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your company's income and customer transactions using QBO: Sales and Customers help for QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about payments, invoices, and statements, to name a few.
Let me know if you have other concerns about sending customer statements and managing sales and income transactions in QBO. I'm always around to help. Take care, and have a great day, @Beth G.
