How can I view my totals for each class?

To view your totals for each class in QuickBooks, you can run a "Profit and Loss by Class" report or a "Balance Sheet by Class" report. Here's how you can do it:

For Profit and Loss by Class Report:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks and go to the Reports menu on the left-hand side.
  2. In the search bar, type "Profit and Loss by Class" and select the report from the list.
  3. Customize the report by selecting the date range and any other relevant filters if needed.
  4. Click on Run Report to view the breakdown of income, expenses, and net profit for each class.

For Balance Sheet by Class Report:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search bar, type "Balance Sheet by Class" and select the report.
  3. Set the desired date range and customize it as necessary.
  4. Click on Run Report to see your assets, liabilities, and equity totals for each class.

If you need further customization, you can use the Customize option to add filters, change columns, or group the data in different ways to suit your needs.

Let me know if you need help with specific steps or further adjustments!
