How can i view prior months journal entries?

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. It only takes a few easy steps to view prior month's journal entries in QuickBooks Online. Here's how: 

1. Open QuickBooks. 
2. Go to the Accounting tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
3. Select the Chart of Accounts section. 
4. In the "Action" column, press View register on the account you'd like. 
5. Above the Date column, tap the Funnel drop-down box. 
6. In the "Transaction Type" box, choose Journal Entry. 
7. When done, hit Apply. 

Now you'll be able to see journal entries from prior months. You can learn more about finding, reviewing, and editing transactions in account registers with this link provided.
