Hey there, Jennifer529.

Thank you for stopping by the Community for assistance. I'm happy to provide some insight into this for you. Currently, paying the invoice using a foreign bank is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Merchant Services only accept payments from US banks. Your customer can contact the card-issuing bank to know if there is a way of using their international card with U.S. based businesses, they can also ask them for a valid ZIP code for them to use.

For additional information about these details, please refer to this article: Accept Non-US credit card from customers using QuickBooks Merchant Services. For now, I suggest looking for a 3rd-party app that can integrate with QBO to allow your customer pay through online using international bank. To do this, you'll need to go in the Apps inside QBO.

If there's anything else I can do to help, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks and I hope you have a lovely day.

@Jennifer529

You may have 2 other options to deal with multi currency transactions:

1. Utilize this payment service to integrate with your QBO account.

2. Open a virtual bank account at TW and utilize the bank feeds.
