Our Phone Support Team is available every Monday to Friday between 6 AM - 6 PM PT, and Saturday 6 AM - 3 PM PT. By these hours, you can reach out to us either by Chat or Get a callback. Meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions while we further look into the root cause why PNC bank keeps disconnecting.

I follow the steps but do not reach any human interface. I reach only a link to the community and another link to a messaging option always disabled. Where is the link to Chat? Where do I write the call back number? I want you to call back because I am in Brazil this time.

I appreciate you for getting back to us here in the Community. I can provide some clarification about contacting QuickBooks Support Team.
If you're using the US version of QBO, the option for messaging and request call back is only available within the US hours. Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM (Saturday).
Since you're in Brazil, I suggest converting the time to get in touch with someone successfully. It may be the reason why you're unable to use the Get a callback or Start a chat feature.
