How do I add a cc manually? I have a cc account that is closed but has a balance and I am paying monthly. It will not connect to my quickbooks account.

I'm here to help add/connect your credit card account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Connecting your bank and credit card accounts into QuckBooks is a great way to track your transactions without entering the transactions manually.
To add/connect an account:
Click Banking at the left pane.
Click Add Account on the Banking page.
Search for your financial institution and select it from the list.
Enter your User or Login ID and password for the financial institution's website and select Continue.
Complete the security verification steps your financial institution requires and select Securely connect.
Select the bank emblem for the account you want to connect.
Select the Account type drop-down menu to choose either a Bank or Credit Card account. If you haven't already created the account, you can select +Add new to create a new account.
Once connected, the program will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions recorded by your bank. If you wish to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions, you can upload the transactions using the Webconnect process. Also, if you need to, you can also manually update your account to add any transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download.
