How do I add a customer with 3 different service addresses?

Let me help you with adding customer's address, fowlerpools.

In setting up customer's profile, we can only add two different addresses. These are Billing address and Shipping address. That means, we're unable to add a third one. 

For recording purposes, we can enter and save it on the Notes section. If you need to update the address, you can just copy it.

Also, please be sure to enter the correct address when recording a transaction. Automated sales tax of QuickBooks Online is calculated based on where you sell and where you ship the item or perform the services.

Can the label "shipping address" be modified? I need it to say, "service address". I realize there is a "service address" field on the invoice but not within the customer detail screen. I want to add the information in the customer detail screen so it auto populates and I don't have to enter it each time on the invoice itself.  FYI-I understand adding a custom field within the customer detail screen that would populate to the invoice, is only available with the QBO Advanced, which is ridiculous! It is a feature commonly used in the desktop version.

For now, we're unable to rename the Shipping Address in the customer's profile. Also, the availability of a certain features depends on the level of subscription that you have in QuickBooks Online. We've taken note of feedback about the customization feature in the program. 

In the meantime, the available workaround is to continue using the custom field in the invoice template.
