How do I add my actual budget numbers to the budget vs. actual reporting tool

I've got the instructions you're looking for, @usergenecsmith42.

Did you already create a budget? First, you'll have to enter them by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Budgeting.
  2. Click Add budget.
  3. Enter the budget name and review the Fiscal YearIntervalPre-fill data, and Subdivide by drop-downs.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Fill in the fields with your budget numbers.
  6. Click Save.

Then, you can run the Budget vs. Actuals report. It will automatically populate your budget and actual account totals. It shows how much you're under or over budget.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Budgeting.
  2. Find your budget on the list.
  3. Select the Action dropdown and select Run Budgets vs. Actuals report.

Furthermore, if you need to make some changes or decide to create another one, check out this article: Edit, copy or delete budgets.

Please come back if you need more help with running your desired reports. It's my pleasure to help.
