You can only reorder columns but are unable to arrange the vendor history in the Transaction List by Vendor report. The Report period should be set as the end date must be after the start date.

Hi, dsmithmindingyo
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about arranging vendor history most recent back. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Hi, there is not an answer that addresses the problem. How do you switch the vendor feed so that it is always set to show most recent transactions first... rather than oldest transactions first?
Thank you

Since QuickBooks Online offers only the reordering columns, we can send a request to our product developer.
