How do I arrange vendor history most recent back

Thanks for sharing your concern with us, dsmithmindingyou.

You can only reorder columns but are unable to arrange the vendor history in the Transaction List by Vendor report. The Report period should be set as the end date must be after the start date.

Here's an article made handy about modifying columns on the report: Customize and modify columns on reports.

I also have some additional articles about managing a wide range of reports in QBO:

To help you with future tasks and tips when using QBO, you might want to visit our Help Articles.

Get back to me if you need help with something else. I'd be happy to assist. Enjoy the rest of the day!

How do I arrange vendor history most recent back

Hi, there is not an answer that addresses the problem.  How do you switch the vendor feed so that it is always set to show most recent transactions first... rather than oldest transactions first?

Thank you

I understand you need to filter the newest vendor transaction, @adrienne202. I'll share the steps to submit feedback. Providing us with feedback will help improve and help you to have a better experience with QuickBooks Online.

Since QuickBooks Online offers only the reordering columns, we can send a request to our product developer.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
  3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.

Our Product Development team receives your thoughtful comments (QBO) through the feature request link: QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

Visit this article for further information on how to keep track of your client's account growth: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, banking, and expenses and vendors, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.

Please feel free to remark with your response. I'm excited to provide more information on importing and exporting-related matters. Have a great day.
