Let's change your default Outlook email by ticking the Web Mail radio button under My Preferences in the Send Forms preferences.
Here's how:
- Go to Edit and then select Preferences.
- Select Send Forms.
- Select the My Preferences tab and then tick the Web Mail radio button.
This way, it will enable you to add or change the default Outlook email on the Email ID's column. From there, you can also go to Company Preferences and change the default sales forms that you send to your clients/customers.
