How do I connect my Square account to Quickbooks Self-Employed so that I can track income and expenditures?

Thank you for your question, shaleecandice.

 

At the moment, the integration with Square is only available in QuickBooks Online via Sync with Square app. However, if you’re able to download your transactions into a CSV file, you can upload them to the Banking page in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Please check out the detailed steps in the article about importing transactions using CSV.

 

Alternatively, you can wait until your transactions post to your bank account. Then, simply connect your bank to download them to the Transactions section.

 

Lastly, I will share this idea with our product development team, so they can consider integrating Square with QBSE. I’m sure this can benefit other users who use the said app as well.
