How do I create a new bill in QBO?

I need to create a new bill in QB Online. When I click on New, select Bill, I am taken to all of my unpaid bills. I need to create a NEW bill - not go to an unpaid one.

How do I create a new bill in QBO?

Hello there, @sales-polarisusa.

I'll help you create new bills in your QuickBooks Online account.

The stored files in your browser are typically the source of unexpected behavior or failures in QBO. Your cache saves the files from many websites you visit, so you can quickly load the pages the following time. The browsing speed of websites like QBO may be impacted if the cache is retaining too much data.

It's a good idea to check for issues brought on by a full cache when browsing anonymously because doing so prevents the cache from recording your browsing data.

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If the steps above will not work, you can use supported browsers as an alternative.

If the given procedures are successful, I advise you to clear the cache in your browser to avoid utilizing outdated forms, safeguard your data, and improve the performance of our programs on your computer.

Here is an article you can read for future reference. It will guide you in managing your bills and bill payments: Enter and manage bills and bill payments in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions about managing bills. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.

How do I create a new bill in QBO?

Yes...it was a cache issue. As soon as that was deleted, the program started to function as it should. I'm very surprised that a browser cache would disable to program to such a degree. QBO really has incredible limitations!
