Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Richard. Allow me to assist you when creating batch invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Creating invoices by batch is a feature exclusive to the Advanced version. If you've subscribed to that plan, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the + New.
  2. Select Batch transactions.
  3. In the Select transaction type dropdown, select Invoices.
  4. Click any of the fields on line 1 to start.
  5. Fill in the necessary field. These are the same fields you see on a regular form.
  6. Enter as many invoices as you need in separate lines.
  7. Select Save.

Moreover, you can check this link if you want to learn more about the features available with an Advanced subscription. You can also upgrade your subscription at any time if you're interested.

I've also included a detailed resource about creating multiple invoices for multiple customers, which may come in handy moving forward: Create multiple invoices with an Advanced subscription.

Additionally, you can check this article on how to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have any further queries about creating batch invoices or any other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be happy to assist.

Hello, @CA2024.

Currently, you can search customers by their name, address, phone number, and other details; however, the Year of Birth is not directly searchable. Let me help you include this on your end.

To begin with, I recommend running a Customer Contact List report, which can be customized to include this information. Here’s how you can do this:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in QuickBooks.
  2. Search for the Customer Contact List report.
  3. Click the Customize report and select the Columns.
  4. Look for the Year of Birth and put a check  to include it in your report.

Additionally, I would like to share a helpful article that outlines how to save your report’s current customization settings for future use: Memorize report in QBO.

If you have any further questions regarding managing the Year of Birth custom field or any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out. I’m here to assist you anytime.

Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
