How do I edit payment method list?

Let me help you manage your payment method in QuickBooks Online.

You don't have worry if you mistype a Payment Method description in QuickBooks Online. You can simply edit it with the correct name and you're good to go! For your guide, follow the steps below:

1. At the top of your QBO file, click the Gear icon. You will see it beside the notification bell.
2. Choose All Lists from the options.
3. Pick Payment Methods.
4. Find the one you created earlier and click the drop-down arrow beside Run report.
5. Click on Edit if you need to update a payment method info.
   
   
6. If you want to delete or remove s payment method, click on Make inactive.
   
7. Once done, hit Save.
