How do I email orders to quickbooks as attachments

Is there a way to forward customer orders to QBO so that the email can be added as an attachment to the invoice?

How do I email orders to quickbooks as attachments

Hi, @cmprascus.

I'll help you with adding your orders to your invoices.

You don't need to email your orders to QuickBooks to add them to your invoices. All you need to do is prepare the attachments limited to PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOC, XLSX, CSV, TIFF, GIF, XML. For additional reference, you can open this link: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, here's how you can add the attachment to your invoice.

  1. Go to the +New icon, then click on Invoice under Customers.
  2. Fill in the invoice details, then go to the Attachments section.
  3. Click on the Attachments tab to browse and add the attachment or file.
  4. Mark the box beside Attach to email.
  5. Then save or send your invoice.
  6. Replicate the steps for other invoices.
