You may need an additional app with the matrix inventory feature to integrate with your QBO account.

Hi there, userinfo63.

Currently, there's no option to enter different sizes under one item in QuickBooks Online. You can manually add it as a description. This way, you can easily locate and view the information per item.

  1. Go to the Sales menu on the left panel. Then, select the Products and services tab.
  2. Select New.
  3. Select Non-inventory or Service.
  4. Add a name. If you track SKUs, enter a SKU for the product.
  5. From the Category dropdown, select the category that best describes your product or service. Learn more about item categories.
  6. Select the I sell this product/service to my customers checkbox. If you don't sell the item, you can leave it unchecked.
  7. In the Sales information section, enter a description with the different sizes. This is what your customers will see on their sales form.
  8. Enter an amount in the Sales price/rate field. Then, select the Income account dropdown and the account you want to use to track the sale.
  9. Fill in the other necessary fields. Then, hit Save and close.

For additional information, you can click this article: Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online.

Please refer to this article to see steps on how you can use a different income account for your product or service item: Change the account for a product/service item.

I'd appreciate it if you'd update me on how the steps work. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you.

Is there an option for this in QuickBooks Desktop? Would it be better to go back and change the initial invoice, adding the new items as subitems to the main to reflect the various sizing?
