How do i find a previous estimate

There are many ways to locate previously created estimates. One of them is to use the Search function.

1. Click the Search function (magnifying glass icon).
2. You'll see the estimate under the RECENT TRANSACTIONS.
   You can click View more to see more of the list.
3. Click Advanced Search if necessary.

We can also use Estimate window to see the previously created estimates.

1. Click the + New button in the upper-left corner and select Estimate.
2. Click the clock icon before Estimate #.
3. From there, you'll see the previously created estimates.

Another option would be to use the Audit Log. You can use this link for reference: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Once you've found the estimate, you can already create an invoice from it.
