I contacted them and here is the solution for this question (for anyone else who stumbles across this wanting to know the same thing).
1. Go to camps.intuit.com
2. Login with your account information
3. Under "Payment & Order Activity", click on "View your transaction history"
4. Click on "Details" to the right of the amount.

Thank you for the information, but I am not looking for the transaction list. I am looking for the payment receipts. I have the latest one sent to my email, but I do not have the emails for 2019. I need access to the payment receipts (see attached, personal information has been redacted).

At this point, I'd suggest you contact our QB Self-Employed Customer Care team. They can help check why you didn't receive last year's payment receipts and will resend them directly to your preferred email address after your information is verified.

The "camps" option does not work for me and support cannot help me access my receipts.

The previous suggestions on this thread will help you find the receipts payments. Aside from the camps option, you can try following Jen_D's suggestion too.
