Accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) on the website and mobile app can serve different functions, including sending your invoices. This means that managing your invoices on a web browser does not include a way to generate a link, as an app can do. However, you can send them through email by following the steps below:
- Go to the Invoices menu and select Invoices from the left navigation pane.
- Locate the transaction you want to send.
- Click Send under the Action column.
- Review the details, then, click Send.
Once done, you can mark it as paid to close the transaction and keep your records accurate. Please refer to Step 3: Process an invoice to do so: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
