How do I get the ability to turn OFF accepting PayPal/Venmo? I currently have to toggle the on/off for every invoice. And I never requested the ability in the first place

Hello there, @tiffany-olp.

I know how great it would be if there was a way to disable the online payment option. However, it's still unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For the time being, I advise you to provide our software engineers with your feedback.

Kindly follow these steps how:

1. On your QBO account, click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestion.
4. Once done, click on Next

Moreover, I'll also share this article that can serve as your reference if you want to learn more about how to receive and record payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a reply if you require further assistance with managing your online payments in QBO. The Community team always has your back. Keep safe.

Welcome to the Community, Visual1.

I can certainly understand how an ability to remove PayPal and Venmo as payment options could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in. Detailed steps for doing so can be found in DHeraV's post, Additional information can be found in our How do I submit feedback? article as well.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with QuickBooks Payments which may come in handy moving forward: Take & process payments

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful day!
