How do I get to the accounting tools such as reclassify transactions? I am in Accountant mode and no longer see them.

I was able to see the tools yesterday. Now they do not show up. In addition, when I try to navigate to the page I was on yesterday (https://qbo.intuit.com/app/booksreview), I get nothing but the 4 spinning dots. The page never loads.

I appreciate you for bringing this matter in the Community forum, Dan. We can use a private browsing window to open your QuickBooks Online account. Let me guide you through the steps to ensure you can open the page and get back to your business smoothly.

First, please ensure your internet connection is stable, as this could be the reason you are unable to open the QBO page.

Next, use the link to log into your QBO account in a private browsing window. This will start a fresh session without any stored browser data that could affect performance. Here are the shortcuts for opening a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the above recommendation doesn't work, clear your regular browser's cache to remove potential issues and help the program run efficiently. Additionally, you can try using other supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Additionally, did you know you can schedule a free consultation with our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted? They offer tips and guidance about managing your QuickBooks Online account.

I'll also add this article to help you run and manage your transactions in QBO: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know if you have further questions about reclassifying transactions in QBOl. Please don't hesitate to click the Reply button, and we'll respond as soon as possible.

I tried just now in a Chrome incognito window. Same result. I've tried with both Safari and Chrome.

When I browse to https://qbo.intuit.com/app/booksreview after logging in, I get the 4 green spinning dots forever. From the main QBO page, the Settings menu says I'm in Accountant view but has no accountant-related options such as reclassifying transactions or preparing for taxes.
