How do I go back two years?

On my bank transactions it is not going back to the search that I specified. I'm trying to see all of 2020.

How do I go back two years?

Hello there, @toddntori-gmail-.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'd like to share some information about viewing previous bank transactions in QBO.

Are these transactions added already from the Banking page? If yes, you can customer the dates to see all of 2020 bank transactions. Make sure it is set up correctly, and click the Apply button to reflect the changes. Also, make sure you're in the correct tab where the transactions are (For Review, Categorized, Exlcuded).

If the same thing happens, probably, this is a browser-related issue. You can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Use an incognito window:

It's likely a result of a browser error. This prevents your browser from storing additional cache files that maybe not letting you view the previous year's bank transactions. It's a way to check issues caused by a full cache.

Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files:

If it works, you can clear cache and temporary internet files to optimize the browser's performance. It will also help delete the information stored in the cache. Another way is to use compatible browsers with QuickBooks Online

Also, you can download the old transactions from your bank's website. Then, map the transactions in the following supported formats or file types. To guide you further, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow the instruction provided on your bank to download your transactions.
  3. Then, save the file on your computer.

Once done, upload them to your QBO account. Here are things to follow:

  1. Go to Transactions or Banking on the left panel.
  2. Within the Banking page, click the Link account drop-down arrow.
  3. Select Upload file. Another window will appear.
  4. Click the Browser button. Then, select the file saved from your bank.
  5. Hit the Next button.

Here are the sample screenshots for additional reference:

I'd like to include these articles. Each of them provides more details on how to handle the imported transactions in QuickBooks Online:

If you need more assistance with the bank transactions, please don't hesitate to post again. I'll be around to help in any way that I can. Take care and stay safe.
