Let me walk you through on how you can successfully downgrade your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
What you're trying to make inactive is the Sales service, which isn't an inventory type. What you need to do at this point is to turn off the inventory feature instead.
I'll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Tap the Choose Plan link.
- Hit Continue.
- When finished, press Change plan, then Done.
