How do I mark invoice as paid

When you receive the payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO) the invoice will be marked as paid,@jolea.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click the + New button and choose Receive Payment.
2. Go to the customer’s profile and from the Outstanding Transactions section and select the invoice that you’d like to mark as paid.
3. Add all the necessary information.
4. Select Save and close.
