Printing checks to pay bills is quick and easy, @west60cycle2-ear. Let me help you achieve the task in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First, ensure your printer is set up so your checks align and print out correctly. After creating a check, select the Print later checkbox or the Print check option so it'll add to the print queue. Once you have all your checks in the queue, you can print all of them at once.
Here's how:
- Click the + New button, then Print checks.
- Load your checks into the printer.
- Select the checking account that you created the check from the drop-down ▼.
- In the Starting check no. field, enter the check number of the first check in the printer.
- Select the checkbox next to each check you want to print, then Preview and print.
- If everything is correct, select Print.
- If your checks print correctly, hit Done.
