QuickBooks Payments send these payment confirmations automatically. While this is sent from our server, we're unable to resend it unless the customer forwards it to you.
What you can do is print the payment from QuickBooks Online manually to get a copy of it. Simply go to Sales > All Sales and click the payment to print.
You can also do this in the Merchant Service Center. Simply go to the Activity & Reports then choose Transactions. Pick the transactions you need then choose Print.
