Let me share the quickest way to remove credit from your invoice.
Before removing the applied credit from your existing invoice, I recommend turning off Auto Apply Credit. By turning it off, you can choose which open invoices to apply credit memos to. Here's how:
- Go to Settings, then select Account and settings.
- Select Advanced tab.
- Select Edit in the Automation section.
- Turn off Automatically apply credits.
- Select Save, then Done.
Furthermore, after opening the invoice you want to remove, click the trash bin icon with the chain to delete it.
