Hello, @lib0101.
I'd like to provide you with some information regarding the estimates in your downloaded transactions.
Upon checking on our end we can easily remove the "ship to" by simply turning off the shipping option in QuickBooks Online, you can navigate to the account and settings and disable the Shipping in the Sales Form Content section. This will remove the shipping information from the estimates.
Moreover, to determine if the browser problem is related, we will perform a few troubleshooting steps. Older or corrupted caching files may cause problems in your web browser. Start by opening an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same error.
For future reference, if you need help with the save function or magnifying glass, please refer to these articles.
If you have any updates about the issue you encountered or questions regarding the "shipping to" address, please let us know in the comments. Take care!
