How do I run a profit and loss statement for my tax guy

Welcome to the Community. I can show you how to run a profit and loss statement in QuickBooks Online.

 
You can go to the Reports section to run Profit and Loss reports. There are options to export, print, or email report to share data with others. 

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
2. Click the search bar and type in Profit and Loss.
3. Select the report.
4. Choose the date range.
5. Make the necessary changes.
6. Click the Printer icon within the report to print, email, or save as PDF.

You can run your profit and loss report in your QBO by going to Reports (from the left pane) -> select Profit and Loss. From that page, you'll have options to customize it to whatever your tax guy want. Good luck!
