How do I see the balances in each subaccount of a bank account at the same time

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @DJO1961

I'd be glad to provide info with seeing the balances in each subaccount at the same time.

In QuickBooks Online, you can see all the subaccount balances by running a custom Profit and Loss report at the parent level.

Here's how to customize a report to see all subaccount balances:

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Reports
  2. In the "Find report by name" search box, enter Profit and Loss by detail
  3. Click on Customize in the top right of the report.
  4. Choose Filter and checkmark the Distribution Account
  5. Go to the drop-down arrow and locate the parent/subaccounts.
  6. When you're ready, click Run report

For more information about bank or credit card subaccounts, refer back to this article: About bank or credit card subaccount setup

Let me know if the steps above do the trick. If you have any more questions, I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
