How do I set up multiple price points for a single item? (E.g. retail, wholesale, and distributor rates, so all types pull from the same inventory pool)

I recognize your need for the Price Rules Beta feature, @NTI7405

While this functionality is still unavailable in QuickBooks Online, I'd also consider providing feedback to our product engineers. This helps them make QBO better for you. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Hit Feedback.
  3. Fill in your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then hit Next to submit feedback.

You can also keep track of feature updates by browsing our webpage: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

Nonetheless, I can share with you some workarounds. The first thing I'd advise is to manually input the correct price when creating an invoice in the Rate column.

The second option is to search for an inventory management app that is accessible in your region and can integrate with QBO.

If you're good, feel free to also read this extra module I'm adding: Fix negative inventory issues in QuickBooks Online. This keeps your inventory accurate and in order.

I'd be glad to assist you further. Just hit the Reply button if you have other questions about inventory, price rules, or QuickBooks. Keep safe.

Hi,

Its impossible to manually input the price of each item, we have over 500 products in our catalogue.

We are already using a third party add on (Erplain) but this is costing over 40 euros a month.

There are many many requests asking for this feature that is already available in other territories, so this software exists so why can you not just roll it out to everyone??
