Hi Bills, welcome to the Community! I'm here to provide information about Bill Pay in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

It's important to note that QBO Bill Pay only supports ACH and paper checks. If you prefer to use your debit card, I recommend exploring a third-party provider.

Moreover, you may check this article for an overview of bill pay: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

In addition, you have the option to run and save a monthly expense report for your vendor.

If you require further assistance with your bill pay, please don't hesitate to let us know. The Community is available 24/7 to help you out. Have a great day!

So for example making a payment to Verizon Wireless, I would need Verizon's routing/account number in order to send an ACH payment? Not many of my billers provide this type of information. Is there another way to establish this?

Thank you for coming back to the Community, bills.

I can see how challenging it can be to navigate through the payment process, especially when the necessary information is unavailable. I'm here to help and provide an alternate solution on how to handle your concern.

When you select bank transfer (ACH) as the payment method in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's part of the design to ask for the payee's bank account number and routing number. This ensures accurate and hassle-free processing of your payment.

Alternatively, you can visit your biller's website to check if they offer a scheduled payment option. I've included some resources that will guide users on how to track bills and record payments manually or automatically:

Should you still have any concerns about managing your bills or any questions on how to handle your expenses, please don't hesitate to visit the Community once again. I'll be ready to provide further assistance. Have a great weekend ahead, bills.
