How do I sort my customer data base by shipping address?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I hope you're enjoying the day so far. I'm happy to lend a hand with your reports. 

While we aren't able to navigate the reports by country, we can customize a report by zip code. Let me walk you through the steps below. I'll be using a Customer Contact List as an example. 

1. Open the Reports menu. 
2. From the search bar, enter Customer Contact List and click on it. 
   • 
3. Once the report is open, scroll up and hit Customize. 
   • 
4. Under the Group by option, choose Billing Zip. 
   • 
5. Click on Run report. 

Now your report will be grouped by zip codes. You can scroll to the zip code needed for review. Check out Customize Reports in QuickBooks Online for additional details.
