I have some information about recording water bill. In QuickBooks, you can your water bill into different accounts by following the above steps provided by my peer @Charies_M. Just make sure to enter the amount in the correct account. Choose the account from the Category drop-down. See the image below.
When you're ready, continue with reconciling your bank account with your bank statements. Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
