How do I stop my estimates from going into clients spam?

We appreciate you bringing this matter to this forum, Lisa. In some instances, emails may appear in the spam or junk folders. I'll provide more information regarding estimates showing as spam.

To ensure your clients receive their estimates in their inbox, we recommend unblocking or adding our service-related email addresses as "safe senders" on your email account.

Please know that if you’re using a corporate email account, you’ll want to work with your IT or administrator to complete the process.

These are the following Intuit service email addresses in QuickBooks products:

Based on the products you see in the table, add the corresponding email address to your contact list, address book, safe senders list, or allow list. You can refer to the following support articles for your email provider:

If your client is unable to see the support resources for their email provider, it is advisable to contact them to add or unblock Intuit's service email addresses.

Let's also make sure that their email domain has not blocked @intuit.com communications on their servers. For more information, check the rest of the troubleshooting steps in this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

Additionally, you can convert an estimate into an invoice in QBO. By doing so, you can streamline your invoicing process, maintain accuracy, and improve overall efficiency in your billing and accounting workflows.

Feel free to let me know if you need further help with your estimates. Thanks for dropping by and stay safe.
