There are a few ways to turn off the credit card payment option on invoices, @ags027. Let's go over them one by one.
You have the choice to disable credit card processing temporarily. Just uncheck this option from the checkbox under Online payments when sending invoices to your customers.
To permanently remove the credit card option, delete it from the Account and Settings page. This can only be done if your payments account is connected to QuickBooks. To get started, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Payments menu.
- In the Payment Methods section, remove the credit card.
Alternatively, you can remove the credit card payment by navigating to the Payment Methods page and selecting the Make inactive option in the credit card section under the Actions column.
