  1. Go to the Help button in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the field, and click Continue.
  4. Hits Let’s talk.
  5. Choose to Get a callback or Start a chat to connect to a live support agent.

I changed my Quickbooks to a lower level, but realized it won't work with what I need.

It sounds like you'd need to speak to our upgrades department. They'll be able to upgrade your product to the desired level for whatever your business needs may be. Follow the steps listed above by my colleague to start the Live agent help or Call me back function.
