I'm here to help you can turn off your Online Bill Pay in QuickBooks Online. Make sure you don't have any pending transactions before canceling the OBP subscription.

Where is the gear icon?
I am the customer, the one receiving the invoice. I want to cancel my autopayments. I don't see anything that allows me to do that. I don't even see my autopayments in my history. Help!

I can guide you on how to cancel auto payments. You can do so by choosing the Manage payment link in the autopay confirmation email you received. Then, sign in to your Intuit account. Once done, select Cancel autopay. On the other hand, individual payments cannot be canceled.
