How do I turn off my online bill pay? Just started having this issue and want to pay by check!

You need to cancel your Online Bill Pay subscription to turn it off from your QuickBooks Online account. Before doing the steps, please make sure you don’t have any pending transactions. Once you're ready, follow these steps to cancel Online Bill Pay.

1. On the Pay Bills Online page select the Gear icon. Then, Cancel Subscription.
2. Choose your cancellation reason.
3. Select Cancel now.
4. You'll receive an email once the cancellation is complete.
