You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

I can provide you with the steps to upload your bank statements, @nbhammerconsulti

To begin with, let's connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online.

After that, we need to obtain your bank statements.

See the steps below for reference:

  1. Go to Settings, then select Reconcile.
  2. From the Account drop-down, choose the account you want to reconcile.
  3. If you see the View Statements option, you can obtain your bank statements directly from your bank.
  4. Select View statements.
  5. Once you're ready to start, select Start reconciling or Resume reconciling.

However, if you're unable to see this option, it could be because your bank doesn't support this feature yet.

Moreover, you can also attach bank statements manually when you pause or finish a reconciliation. This process saves your bank statement with the reconciliation so you can keep it for records. Here's how:

  1. Follow the steps to reconcile the account.
  2. Once done, select Finish now.
  3. Then, select Attach statement.

After following these steps, you'll be able to reconcile the account.

Additionally, you can browse this article for more information on how you can merge duplicate accounts to keep your lists organized: Merge duplicate accounts, customers, and vendors in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance with uploading your bank statements or reconciliation, please feel free to come back to this thread. I'm always here to help you, @nbhammerconsulti.
