Buy nowHi dan166,
Thank you for posting about paying bills online. I'll share information about finding your scheduled payments.
Currently, you will need to create a schedule first, so you can see the option that says View my Online Bill Payments. When you click on that, you'll be routed to a page that shows you the list of Unpaid, Scheduled, and Paid bills. That page belongs to Bill Pay already, not in QuickBooks, but I'm taking note of your feedback about this.
On the other hand, you can check out the FAQs for paying bills online for your additional reference.
Let me know if you have more questions about paying bills. I'll be here to assist you again. Take care!
I agree with the frustration on this. I would suggest adding a simple "Scheduled Payments" icon to be placed in the "Money Out" lane of the Dashboard.
We're taking notes of your feedback and suggestion, @bearpope.
I recognize that a simple Scheduled Payment icon on the dashboard can make your work easier and faster. This way, you can review your scheduled bill payment with just a click. However, the best way we can do right now is to go to the Online Bill Payments page.
Also, I want to let you know that your voice matter to us. Thus, I encourage you to submit feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update. To send feedback, you can go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
You can also visit our feedback forum to check the recent updates and added features in QuickBooks.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, @agorski-charlest. Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance managing bill payments.
I just wanted to add that I too have been frustrated by the way this is set up in QBO and have had trouble finding the "Online Billy Payments" page. Even JessT's explanation above of where to find this information is confusing to me. They suggested "creating a schedule" but give no instructions for how to do that or what that means. I suppose the confusion has something to do with Bill Pay being a feature that is not natively part of QBO, but it seems like there has to be an easier way. For context, I am running a retail store business.
My current process for finding my list of scheduled bill payments is as follows:
1) Log in to QBO
2)Click "Get Paid & Pay" on side menu
3)Click Vendors (For what it's worth, none of the other options on this menu are relevant to my business) This brings up a list of my vendors/suppliers, seems like there would be an opportunity to have a Scheduled Payments button here, but alas there is only information about payments that need to be made (Open Invoices), or payments that have already been made here.
4)Click the Pay Bills button (even though I am not actually paying a bill when doing this, just looking to view scheduled payments and the pulldown menu options of Prepare 1099s, and Order Checks are also not ever relevant to me).
5)On the Pay Bills page, I have to toggle "Online Payment Mode" to on in order to see my Unpaid, Scheduled, and Paid Bills.
Perhaps there's an easier way that I'm missing, or maybe these are "new(ish)" features that not many customers are using but I hope spelling this out here will at least help someone else to find this very helpful information that is in QBO, but can be difficult to find when applying normal logic.
Thank you.

I'm a bit late to the conversation but I have found an easy and quick way to locate Scheduled Payments:
Go to +New at the top of the side bar
Select Pay Bills
The top menu has tabs to select Unpaid, Scheduled, Paid
I concur! A "Scheduled Payments" button/link would be most helpful.
