How do we pull up list of all estimates to multiple customers during a given period of time?

Hello @mmc4533,

Thanks for posting your question in the Community. I'm here to help with pulling up a list of all estimates to multiple customers during a given period of time.

QuickBooks Online offers multiple reports for viewing transactions, which can display all of the estimates for a given period of time. One report that can provide this is the Transaction List by Date, which can be filtered just for estimates. Here's how:

  1. Select Reports on the left navigation menu.
  2. Enter Transaction List by Date in the Report Search Bar.
  3. Click Customize in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Select Filter and select the drop-down arrow next to Transaction Type and select Estimate.
  5. Choose the time period that you'd like for the report to display in the top left-hand corner.
  6. Select Run Report.

I've included a brief video to serve as a demonstration:

Another option is the Transaction List by Customer, which will display much of the same information, but will group the transactions by customer. The steps for customizing this report to display only estimates will be the same as those for Transaction List by Date.

I'm confident that either of these reports will help you to find the information that you need.

Should you expect to frequently need to view information on all of the estimates for a given period, you may wish to consider memorizing the report, as this will save it with the current customization settings. The following article contains additional information on this: Memorize a Report.

The Community always has your back and is happy to assist with anything you may need. Take care.

Hi @Langerent.

Let me help you run an estimate report that will show multiple customers during a given time in QuickBooks Desktop.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Customers menu and then select Customer Center.
  2. Open the Transactions tab.
  3. Select Estimates and then choose Run Reports.
  4. Choose View as a Report.
  5. Then adjust the dates from there.

That would be the place where you can pull up this specific report.

You can also personalize the report to show more columns by clicking the Customize Report button.

Afterward, select the Memorize button so that you can save time to reopen it for future use.

If you have additional questions about running specific bulk of reports, feel free to place them below. I'll make sure to assist. Have a wonderful day!

Thats a rather painful way to access quotes sent.

Can we work on something that treats them with the ease of invoices? Maybe a side menu option?

Thanks for joining the thread and adding feedback, @BeardyBenny.

For now, we can only pull up a list of estimates for multiple customers using the reports that are shown above.

I'm aware of the time it spent just to pull these reports, thus I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your experience in QuickBooks.

In addition, you can send feedback to our development team. That way, they can review your request and help users like you ease their tasks. The more recommendations they'll get, the greater the chance it'll be included in future updates.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help option.
  2. Select the Send Feedback Online option and click the Product Suggestion option.
  3. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  4. Click the Send Feedback button.
