Good to see you here in the Community forum, @abiasiolli. I'll share some insight about adding multi-page PDF receipts in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
At this time, the option to add multi-page PDF receipts from an iOS to QuickBooks mobile app is unavailable. QuickBooks supports uploading receipts through PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format. You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format.
I can see how having this option can aid you in managing your business flawlessly. I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and consider implementing it in the future.
Here's how you can submit feature requests using your QBO mobile app
for iOS devices:
- Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select the All tab.
- Click Request a feature.
- Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
- Tap Send Feedback.
You can also check out this article for more details about the features available in the QBO mobile app: Compare mobile app features.
Additionally, I'll be sharing these resources that will guide you in emailing receipts and how to match them in QuickBooks:
