How do you delete a credit memo?

I'd be glad to walk you through the steps. To delete a credit memo, here's how:

1. Go to Sales > Customers.
2. Select the customer's name and click to open the Credit Memo.
3. At the bottom, select More and choose Delete.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
