To help resolve this, let's first manually update the account. This refreshes the bank connection within the program. I'll guide you how.
- Go to Banking from the left menu.
- Choose the blue tile for the bank account.
- Select Update.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Click Continue Update.
Second, if the update doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I'd suggest logging into your bank's website to review if there are alerts that need your attention. One of these could be new security requirements. When everything looks good, perform another manual update.
